	When children grow up to be good citizens, we give credit to the parents. "What great parenting" we say of the Olympian offspring. But, if the child is a killer, or rapist or thief: "Oh, you can't blame that on their parents." Which is it people? You can not have it both ways. Take responsibility for your children.
